Invoicing settings ​

Configure tax defaults and invoice numbering, terms, automatic sending, and payment due reminders.

  1. Go to Settings > Invoicing.
  2. Update tax and invoice defaults.
  3. Set Payment due reminders to email customers before an invoice due date when it is still unpaid. Choose Off to disable automatic reminders, or use Preview email to see a sample. See Managing Invoices.
  4. Click Save settings.

Tax changes on draft invoices

Changing tax settings updates prices and draft invoices. Existing non-draft invoices are not changed.
